  • Astro's are cooler than the mariners.

No I'm not a fan of the Astros, I just trash the Mariners as much and as often as I possibly can.

  • I really couldn't care less about the Astros but I think it's great that they put it to the Yanks, 2 games to open the year.

Would you care to make a small wager on which team has the most wins at the end of the season?

    yankees - $203M payroll

    Astros - $44.5M payroll

How about a wager on who has the lower cost per win?

yanks should win 3 or 4 times as many based on payroll?
And this post is not directed at anyone personally.

Always exceptions to the rule, but any GM with 4+ times the payroll "should" produce more wins.

  • If your 'Stros wouldn't mind sacrificing a sweep against my Blue Jays starting tonight, be much appreciated.

I do not claim the Astros. I hate the Yankees. They are MY baseball 49ers.

Actuallt thats what is great about baseball. A team like the As can win the west and at the very least compete every year.
