  • Bad interference call. Expect a few more calls like that whenever there's a threat to tonight's "fond farewell to Candlestick" narrative.

What's the line on this game, anyway? I'm guessing SF -13.

Every Hawk fan watching the game with that exact thought during that play.

Although it is against Atlanta. They seem to have an aversion to covering Crabtree as near as I can tell.

Where was our one of those for all those Kearse/Turbin crap fests over the last 16 weeks that consistently lost us yardage?

I concur and nominate Michael Bennett for that job...he really looked the part yesterday while standing around and directing Smith on the INT return.

Yup. Atlanta gave us real hope for awhile there. Funny how seemingly one stupid penalty by one frickin' guy can change an entire game in a second. So frustrating for us but especially the Atlanta players and their fans. This was their Super Bowl.

Beer companies spend way too much money on the NFL for alcohol to ever become something the league will suspend players for.

  • I predict OT, only to see LMJ return the kick-off for a TD, just to mess with the folks in the PNW.

Kudos to the Falcons for putting up a fight. I figured it was over after the Kaep TD. Roddy White's injury is still not 100% healed. He looks to be a couple steps slow, excepft for that bomb.
