  • 13-10 Nawlins with about 6:00 left to go. Physical game but the Panther D can't be expected to win this on their own. I will feel bad for that unit if the Saints hold onto win this.

Neither team will have a chance to advance past the CLink.

  • Only stat you have to see.

    Total Yards 329 147

Of course, DB Threw 2 picks, but I haven't been watching this game

  • Cam Newton is the player that fits the perception DangeRuss had last season and early this season; rides defense and running game.

  • Newton didn't have a ton of weapons to start with, Smith being out doesn't leave a lot of options. I dunno, maybe this would be the time to go crazy with the read option out of desperation.

Their D can definitely get the stop here, but the punt will be the key play. How far will Newton have to go to get the game-tying field goal?

  • Wow...way to step it up, Cam. Again rising to the occasion and continuing to develop as a legit threat in this league!

  • Big boy throws by Newton, wow. Drives for six in under a minute from his 35!

Pretty impressive after not being able to do much the rest of the game.

  • I dont know why the Saints just ran it 3 times to burn the clock and punted, one first down and the game is over.

Milk the clock down to a minute and change, make Newton drive the field for the 3, probably not thinking they only get a 37 yard punt.

I thought it was a decent move at the time, still do. Panthers had done nothing through the air the entire game and had no timeouts.

Sometimes you make the right call and it still doesn't turn out.
