Saints get rid of Garrett Hartley this late in the season. Wonder if it will be difficult to keep our kicker next year.

He certainly was a shankapotamus in his last game with the Saints. It's unreal that he missed so dramatically from that range, with a good hold on the ball.

They sure didn't upgrade though. They signed Shayne Graham as the replacement. Graham is just as bad.

You know how many important NFL games in the history of the league have come down to a kicker deciding things?

I wouldn't underestimate the position despite the comic relief role they tend to play in terms of discussing the positional value they have on a team.

You know how many important NFL games in the history of the league have come down to a kicker deciding things?

I wouldn't underestimate the position despite the comic relief role they tend to play in terms of discussing the positional value they have on a team.

Remember when we lost Brown and got Mare with his 70something percent average? or when we got Haushka and said "who da hell is that?"

It's only a kicker, dude.

If we had a kicker that didn't choke in Super Bowl XL we might of won it in spite of the rigged refs. Brown was 1/3. Awful.
