  • I would want him gone if he were a Hawk, and him prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.

  • It is going to be a rough year up in NE.
Tim Tebow has come to town (miraculously)
Brad Grokonsky (spelling) and his multiple surgeries (and parties).
Their top WR (Wes Walker) leaves town and moves to Denver
    Aaron Hernandez being a thug
    Doc Rivers (and KG) gone.
Dang, if they could only resign Randy Moss and Chad Johnson ...
Sports Talk show hosts in NE are salivating ...
All we need is ... Brady goes down, Patriots are losing and Bill Belichick has to give the job to someone else...
I just have the gut feeling: It would be a miracle if Patriots make the playoffs. It is just a feeling at this point.

  • Just heard he shot some guy last summer at a night club, but the guy chose to sue him instead of send him to jail.

ya, that story has some serious holes... First, he got shot in the arm, then it was the head, then he lost his vision... and he sued before, but it was thrown out and it has now been refiled...

  • He was shot in the arm and the bullet carried into his face, resulting in losing an eye.

There's no holes, the media just sucks at reporting.

He was shot in February. They've been friends for several years. A lot of people with their types of backgrounds don't trust police so they don't cooperate with them. His suit had to be refiled because the original one said he was shot in the face. It had to be amended to shot in the hand then travelled to his face.

Feel free to contact me if you need legal assistance. I have a great lawyer that helped me with an ex who violated my privacy and kept harassing me on MySpace and Facebook. He's very good. And there is legal precedent. - linuxpro

  • Appears that the dude is going down in flames. Innocent until proven guilty, but that's not realistically the case with celebrities from a public perspective. Good luck finding an unbiased jury. He was also just released by the Patriots.

  • Looks like he just got handcuffed

I hope he can transfer from tight end to wide receiver in prison smoothly

  • Caption that pic:

The very definition of "alligator arms"

Sad situation for sure. It appears he's looking over his shoulder at the life that was. If he's just being arrested for obstruction he has a chance at a future if found guilty or not. If it ends up being for murder, or accessory to a murder...hes probably done...guilty or not.
