Andy Reid is officially the Chiefs' next head coach after he flew into Kansas City today and agreed on a five-year contract, Adam Teicher of the Kansas City Star reports.

Reid arrived this afternoon at Wheeler Downtown Airport, where Chiefs chairman Clark Hunt picked him up in a black SUV and drove him to Arrowhead Stadium.

Hunt showed Reid around the stadium and the former Eagles coach stopped to sign autographs for three Chiefs fans, writing “Go Chiefs” on a couple footballs.

  • With a defense that needs tweeked and a good running game already if he gets a QB and since he has the decision power over personel they could make a run right away.

Now draft pick or FA is the question, Flynn would do well there, Ryan from the Dolphins probably as well.

To Be P/C or Not P/C That is the Question..........Seahawks kick Ass !!!!
Used to be an Alumni till they pulled a USC on me...

  • Sucks for the Cardinals now, but I'm not really a big Reid fan so I think this may be a blessing in disguise for them.
