  • Should the Seahawks go after Bryant with a 1 year deal especially if Baldwin can't play this year?

  • I don't like the guy, but talk about a weapon that this team could use right now.

    Different player.

Dez is an "X" receiver, like Brandon Marshall. Doug is more of a slot or "Y" receiver. So not really ideal to have two big bodied slower wide receivers out in formation. Ideally you want a Baldwin type to replace Doug.

I do think we'll sign a veteran out there, but it won't be Dez. Not a good fit for what Doug means to the offense.

You're right, I thought he was one of the guys that got the settlement but he's still on IR so can't bring him back until after week 8.

HELL TO THE NO! What’s are you thinking???
You guys thought Sherm and Bennett were PITA’s, Dezzy is 5 times worse.

Drama queen and a primadona that is a shitty route runner, and when he screws up it’s always someone elses fault.
Plus Seattle would have to hire a full time babysitter to keep him out of trouble like a Jerruh did.

  • Lockett could move to the slot and Dez could split time with Marshall. Idk it could work?

No it wouldn’t. Unless you consider bad route running, dropped passes, and a piss poor attitude working.

  • The Pats just picked up Corey Coleman for a year. Could have been interesting.

Jordan Matthews anyone? Released by the Pats with an injury settlement. Not sure what the deal is.

My guess is we'll have at least 2-3 veteran free agent receivers into camp over the next couple of weeks to kick the tires.

The bad news is this was the OTHER knee for Doug, which means he now has problems in both knees. Not good.
