Why does Cutler always look hung over?

Anyone know the tendencies of this crew? Like are they leading the league in any particular penalty or volume of penalties?

Kind of curious because I think we game plan for officiating. much like last week you can bet they already knew that crew typically lets teams play.

Might be interesting to watch for.

Cutler is diabetic, that's my only guess. And he smokes, so he's probably always jonesing for a few drags during a game.

McAulay's crew has called penalties 50/50 so far this season, but they've only done two games.
