Just the other day their coach was telling players they had better play harder or get benched. If he does that, he won't have enough players to field both an offense and a defense, unless he plays guys both ways.

Even if he never plays another down in the NFL he'll receive $22 million for 2 years "work"

And yet he was very effective in our system, albeit the LOB certainly helped everyone around them succeed. He always found a way to create turnovers with the Hawks but his coverage skills have just deteriorated significantly the last couple years.

He was benched for a second-year player who was a WR in college.

That's what playing in front of Earl Thomas and next to Richard Sherman will do.

I never understood the need to bash former hawks. Not a good look in my opinion.

He played well for us in our scheme. No reason to think he magically lost all ability.

He was good here and he had a great knack for forcing turnovers without screwing up the tackle when he missed on the force.

That's former 3rd string QB, Terrelle Pryor. A guy who said he didn't know how to catch a football a couple years ago.

Yeah, no knock on him while he was with us. I really wanted him to stay.

It seems like the money has gotten the best of him. You hear it in all of the interviews he gives, or others (coaches/players) talking about him. Dude punched the ticket and is mailing it in. No drive to be great.
