If only Jerry would completely relinquish control to Steven. Every year the Littlest Jones makes good moves, then Jerry proceeds to make it a vaudeville act.

Maybe this move works out, but the history of low cost free agent RBs on 2nd deals is not that great.

I have to wonder... is this deal is a smokescreen for Dallas' interest in Ezekiel Elliot or Derrick Henry? Putting huge investment in a road grading OL and then settling for mediocre RBs on the cheap is a poor use of resources. It'd be the equivalent of surrounding Mark Sanchez with a bevy of pro-bowl WRs.

The only time Mark Sanchez has had a bevy of just decent WRs, he threw 34 TDs 10 ints with 3207 yards. Of course, that was at USC.

Morris had one really good year..and that was the year RG3 was a huge running threat.. I dont think this is going to work out well.

^^^^ a great year, a good year, an okay year, and a bad year, always trending down.

Morris and McFadden is about as hilariously bad of a thunder & lightning combo as you could come up with, but it doesn't much matter. Dallas has an Oline. RBs are fungible.

Morris stinks. Dallas would have been better off drafting someone or even kicking the tires on Arian Foster

Morris will do well in Dallas. It's a good signing for them. He'll have holes past the DL by which to hammer opposing LB's. He'll get alot of chunk yards midway 3rd quarter and beyond.

Plus Morris KILLS Dallas two times a year. It'd be like the Hawks hiring Jeff Fisher.
