NFL Films explains how the footballs will be handled during games going forward.
It doesn't say if teams are still able to prepare the footballs prior to game time or not but it appears they are going to be very diligent in monitoring air pressure throughout the course of the game. Interesting too is this should (or could) possibly give a very good point of reference to the changes that occured and were recorded for the AFCC game.
