If both of those were in AZ he is in a world of Trouble.

Arizona tops the charts for the state with the strictest DUI laws in effect. In 2007, Arizona became one of the only states that requires first-time DUI offenders to have an ignition interlock device installed in their vehicles for one year. Even states that require an ignition interlock device for first time offenders do not have as long of a period in which the device must remain in the vehicle. Furthermore, the type of device serves as a Breathalyzer that will not start the vehicle unless the driver is sober. Offenders also face a minimum of $1,250 in fines and a maximum amount of fines in the thousands. Additionally, community service may be imposed on the offender. The offender’s license can be suspended up to 360 days and he or she may serve up to 10 days in jail.

In Arizona, a second offense of driving under the influence is considered a misdemeanor and the offender will typically be subject to:

Jailtime. At least 90 days in jail, with a maximum of 6 months.
Fines. Fines will range from $500 to $2,500.
IID installation. The driver must install an ignition interlock device for a year, requiring measurement of blood alcohol level before the car starts. (It costs about $1,000 for this mandatory tool.)
Community Service. The driver will usually need to perform at least 30 hours of community service as well as attend driving school.

He will have to do a minimum of 90 days in Tent city. Everyone here knows someone who has gone to Tent city.

Sheriff Joe also brags about how he hasn't gotten the cost down of feeding imates to 0.40 per day, and how if cost the dogs 1.20 a day to feed. The meals are a donated Orange (Which is often spoiled) 2 slices of bread and a disgusting piece of thin meat. Or it is a whole bunch of foods mixed together and thrown in a large pot. Not too mention are you are in the sweltering heat.

LOL! Good for Sherrif Joe! And good for the State of AZ. They will be doing McNabb a favor because it sounds like the guy is an alcoholic. Been there, did that, learned my lesson.

I'm a bit surprised though because I've never heard anything real bad about Donovan prior to this. Hope he gets the help he needs.
