Interesting. For 5.5 a year with two years left the Hawks should look into that.

Assuming the FO didn't wash their hands of him.

Yea just saw this as well. It's interesting. They're working on the money to keep Revis after McCourty held their feet to the fire. Not really sure how I feel about it. Totally torn.

This kind of surprised me at this point. He's not really making all that much, and if Maxwell's contract is what it is, then Browner should command at least as much as his Patriots contract, if not a bit more.

I'm sure he'll get more money this route, and it would seem as if the Patriots are trying to keep some space clear for the inevitable amount of cash they will have to send Revis' way

LET'S GET THE BAND BACK TOGETHER!

BB

Actually, I'd prefer to go younger & faster. But as it is, with injuries and whatnot, I wouldn't mind bringing back some BOOM for a decent price. Draft a youngling for spot duty and coach him up for 2016 & beyond. Let Simon & Lane heal fully and with any luck we're back to having the deepest secondary by midseason.

Love the man, and would very much like to have him back. I am sure Earl, Kam, and Sherm, would love to have their Brother back. LOB

Probably won't happen. But if we're looking at a stopgap solution for a temporary exodus in CB talent, we could do a whole lot worse.

I'd rather sign/trade for Browner than burn a comp pick and take Tramon Williams at a higher price.

Dear Lord,
Bring our brother Brandon back into the fold.
Purty Pleeze, with holy water on it.
Thanks, your humble servant and ex-altar boy
Rocket

P.S. While we're talking, a "big score" would be nice too.
