Instead of making a new thread to ask this question, Ill just post it here.

If someone comes across TEAM AGE infomation that will surely come out soon, can you guys post it here?

Surely, the Seahawks still have to be one of the top 5 youngest rosters even if most of their core group is a year older.

Saw on Twitter somewhere that the Seahawks now have only three people over 30 on the team, so it's a good bet they're younger than last year.

Ryan, Williams, and Jackson ?

Well according to this Seahawks went from 4th youngest ( at 25.31) to 7th youngest (at 25.65, -.34)

49ers got younger... lol... from 25th to 22nd.

Rams still remain the youngest team in the NFL for the third year in a row. They literally might be in the Seahawks shoes in 2012... give this team a franchise QB and they could be Play-Off contenders.

Cardinals still remain one of the oldest teams in the NFL for the third year in a row. All that contention talk might be derailed if the team goes through some rough patches of bad luck. Has anyone also made the correlation that the Cards are basically the 2006-2009 Seahawks? They might get lucky and make the post-season this year but the future still looks blight.

Oooh nelly... Denver made the biggest jump up from 4th oldest (28 youngest) to 12 youngest. Good for them.

Everything But LUCK:

Wilson's teams age ranks

2012: 7th
2013: 4th
2014: 7th

Luck's team age ranks

2012: 15th
2013: 24th
2014: 29th

Luck has been everything you could ask for from a 1st round QB but let's not act like 1) he's been the whole entirety of his team 2) he hasn't played in one of the worst divisions 3) in the easier conference for Defenses.

All Wilson has done is win the starting job beneath two veteran QBs, take command of one of the youngest teams in the NFL, and break all kinds of records.

Some interesting choices there. 7 WR? Didn't see that coming, but they're all good players, so we'll see.

Yes but I think also they see Harvin almost as a running back hybrid. Therefore he allows us to have an extra receiver as he picks up the slack as a RB.

I think the 7 right now are in flux, we may have kept Bates as an emergency QB as well, pull some guys of IR and I think we shuffle again.

Thanks Pandion for the roster update and position breakdown. Just a small correction - it's Jordan Hill at DT not Jeremy Hill.

Average team age means jack squat without standard deviation. If you don't utilise your depth often what does it matter if the guys 40th-53rd on depth charts are in their early 20s.

Difference between Seattle and Denver is 0.16 years

Wilson - 25
Lynch - 28
Harvin - 26
Baldwin - 25
Kearse - 24
Miller - 28
Okung - 26
Carpenter - 25
Unger - 28
Sweezy - 25
Britt - 23

Average age - 25.7

Manning - 38
Ball - 23
Welker - 33
D.Thomas - 26
Sanders - 27
J.Thomas - 26
Clady - 27
Ramirez - 31
Montgomery - 31
Vasquez - 27
Franklin - 27

Average age - 28.7

That's a 3 year age difference in both starting offenses. The defenses are a little bit more closely aligned, but Seattle still edge it slightly due to having just 1 30 year old on defense (who won't be a starter)

Good point. Also, when can Norwood play? Bates earned a roster spot. No way they let Lockette go. The receivers on the roster make themselves useful to the team. The more you can do.
