Anyone know if Marshawn's doing MMA training in the offseason?? I noticed he was wearing an elevation training mask 2.0 earlier in the summer, which alot of MMA fighters use. He's also shown interest in working on handfighting skills with DLlineman and been in insanely good shape this offseason. On the few plays I've seen him play, he looks quicker than last year. Any speculation?

I know one of his favorite workouts is stiff arming fools :lol:
Nevermind I found an old article this year that answers the question. And that stiff arm is actually a left hook

I think the science is in on the altitude masks. This trend is going to be rising soon with all athletes.
