Can anyone recommend a decent Seahawks related podcast, got lots of time in work to tune in to some & would be handy for game/practice updates

It's where I get everything Seahawk overseas. Obviously not exclusive Hawks, but it is very hawk heavy. Year round even.

If you want a laugh, Wassell had Darren McKee from Denver sports radio on to discuss the game tomorrow (23:00 mark in the podcast). Guy literally talks about how they've revamped their defense and they're so excited about it. In the same interview, he talks about how Brock Osweiler destroyed their #1 defense in a team scrimmage.

Only thing I really heard him say that I agreed with is that SEA is like Google (from a work atmosphere) and Denver is old school IBM.

This outta be good, loved listening to their hilarious overconfidence before the Super Bowl and their utter disgust and shame afterwards.
