Fourth-round pick Kevin Norwood took a majority of reps at wide receiver in minicamp Saturday with Paul Richardson and Chris Matthews both sitting out. (AP)

That's lofty praise for 1-2 days of mini-camp. Let's hope it's true.

“If you can’t live up to the pressure, what’s the point of being here?” -Cassius Marsh

It's funny everyone keeps saying he was 300lbs, but Ricky said when he coached him he was never 300lbs. Said he showed up at 280 or so out of HS.

Everyone?

Cassius Marsh HIMSELF said he played at a "sloppy" 300 pounds his freshman season and that's where EVERYONE is getting it from.

I can see how people call him "Jared Allen light" - he has a similar look and was really relaxed in his interview. That was one of the best rookie camp interviews i've seen...

1: He genuinely loves it here
2: Completely aware of his strengths and weaknesses
3: Has the exact right mixture of confidence, underlying intensity, and focus

All of the rookie interviews i've seen so far have been impressive, you can tell John and his team really did try to get to these guys' essence. If they got it right then we will have a stronger locker room than ever, just leaders everywhere.

As for Marsh, with this interview and the reports he's been getting already - he's gon'be gooood.

Carroll has said that they want to work him back up to 300lbs.

Given how big Bennett was for us last year, having his backup/heir apparent on the roster can only be a good thing.

Also, Blitzer, was that a positive post? :D

All of the comments I have seen from the rookies have been really encouraging :)

I'm not expecting dramatic results from him right away, however, he landed in a good place and we shall see.
