Wouldn't it be awesome to have a Super Bowl rematch with the Steelers? Wilson vs. Roethlisburger. Imagine all the story lines.

Premier QBs are awesome.

So awesome that the team that has lead the league in passing yards has never ever won the SB, remember. Stlll true.

I'd like to see the point differential between Russell's team and the teams quarterbacked by anybody named Manning. I think it would be a whole lot to... not very much

Oh man, I would so love to see this team rip into the Stealers like a buzzsaw.

I know it's not the same team, but it would be cathartic.

I guess Flacco should be on the "To Do" list? He's paid like a "premier QB" whether he actually is one or not.

Why? I pray they never make another Super Bowl ever again, especially with a rapist at Qb. It would make me happy if they miss the playoffs forever.

Manning the lesser and Manning the greater, that's some funny stuff. We do get our shot at Foles and Rivers this year though.

Does it matter who we beat or where?

Reality is we are respected, feared, despised, a team a lot of fans are jealous of, or any other applicable term.

Enjoy the ride and never forget what it was like before XLVIII, it keeps your perspective in place and limits the need to respond when trolls come in to talk trash.

This thread has me wondering if Wilson can manage to beat all 31 other teams in the league quicker than any other QB has. He's already got 20 under his belt.

CAR, TB, ATL, NO, SF, ARI, STL, HOU, JAX, TEN, MIN, NYG, DEN, DAL, GB, NE, NYJ, CHI, BUF, WAS

That leaves Philadelphia and Detroit as the only NFC teams he hasn't beaten. He also needs to beat Miami, Cleveland, Cincy, Pittsburgh, Baltimore, Oakland, San Diego, Kansas City, and Indy.

Assuming we don't make it to the SB and beat Miami and Indy in the next two seasons, I think the earliest he can do this is 2017.

It really is strange just how Russell Wilson is getting less limelight now AFTER he won the SB.

If you recall, after the SB last year, Kap was everywhere. As a losing QB. Immediately after the SB it almost appears that Russell Wilson dropped off the planet, with the exception of a few interviews, an invitation to camp for baseball, and helping find a dog.

I am beginning to wonder if Russell's agent might be incompetent, or at least unimpressive. Maybe this is just well deserved rest after Russell busting his tail all year - but whoever it is that is in charge of his publicity/branding is barely moving the needle right now.

I guess if he shows up to spring training there will be some followups on that, and he might get some branding, but it baffles me that a 2nd year QB, that is also the 2nd black QB to EVER win a SB, who also happens to be shorter than the supposed standard, and who has proven the draft experts ridiculously wrong - only got a little bit of turn in the media because he issued a tweet mocking those same draft experts.

There is only one appropriate response.

Yep, I just double checked, they are still counting it as a win.
