Feelings are amazing

...yet quite uncontrollable sometimes. I can't tell you guys how incredibly happy I am right now. We just won our first super bowl! Yet my first real feeling when that clocked ticked down to zero wasn't elation, it was actually sadness. The first thought that I had was of Kenny Easley, Mack Strong, Cortez Kennedy and Big Walt. Steve Largent, Curt Warner, Chad Brown, all the guys that played for us, that gave their heart and soul to this team, that didn't have the chance to feel the joy of this moment.

The last thing I wanted was to be a downer, but I just hope these fellas can feel some pride in this. To know that they were key cogs that got us to this moment, to know that this is just as much for them as it is for us. I love this team and have since their creation. There have been so many guys that were so deserving of this, I want them to know they are not forgotten.
