Media and refs influence on SB???

Looking back to the 05 season, I think it's safe to say the refs had a huge roll in our loss, as well as the media hype wanting Bettis to get a ring. An analyst on ESPN yesterday said "a great quarterback has rings to show". It seems the media is already wanting Manning to get another ring and go down as an all time great. On top of that, with Sherman's reaction after the game we are hated by a lot of peeps. I'm just getting that 05 feeling of the refs keeping drives alive and the media hyping up everything Manning. I can see phantom flags being thrown on crucial 3rd down stops to keep their drives alive. *fingers crossed*

The game will be decided on the field. Period.

There is no one here that bitches about the officiating in XL* then me. It was a huge black eye for the NFL and they will be reminded about it for the next 2 weeks. IMO they will let them play this time.
