Join Seahawks alumni, Sea Gals, Blue Thunder, Blitz and special guests for a traditional "pep" rally in downtown Seattle ahead of the team's NFC Championship game against the San Francisco 49ers.

It's on the official site and it has listed the official mascot, the Sea Gals and several ex players, so this is definitely AN official one. I don't know if they are having more than one official one but this is the only one I've seen announced by the team.

There will also be "pep rallies" that evening at King Street Bar and Oven from 5-7 and throughout the surrounding areas.
