Also, I remember listening to the radio as Daryl Turner caught a TD from Kreig on the first play from scrimmage. He was a nice deep threat.

Does Norm Johnson meet the criteria? I was 12 when the 80's ended so I can't really say I was vastly aware of the 'national' radar. But I remember we had a good kicker named Norm.
