I don't think it's about the stats. It's about Lynch being able to get two inches on third-and-goal. Sure, it worked, but it was a bit too cute.

Not complaining about the play-call, just getting why Lynch would be insulted.

If he ran over and punched him in the face Beast would have did two of the things I wanted to do to Bevell tonight...

Did you watch him block on that play? He was a man possessed. A pissed off Beast Mode is not good for the opposing team.

Funny but not good. Hate to see any player calling out a coach.

Russell Wilson is no Johnathon Moxon. He should have audible'd into the running play!

I thought that's what I saw. I hope he isn't punished for this, but at the same time it's questionable.

At times, I think I would flip Bevell off too.

I get that he has a right to be pissed, but by doing that didn't he tip to the Arizona defense it was gonna be a pass?

They should do it again in the playoffs, have him break the huddle on short and goal, flip off Bevel and then hand him the ball. Call it the finger fake.

At game speed I doubt they processed it that quickly, and they were already in their Defensive position. But yeah, that's pretty obvious if you have time to think about it.

I hope this is nothing more then a playful relationship between lynch and Bevell.

I mean, look, Darrell Bevell was still calling pass plays with under nine minutes to go and up three possessions. I just feel like Marshawn was doing that a little bit for me. Not 1% for me, or even .001% for me. But still, just a little bit for me.

He was doing it for him, naturally. BUT I also think he was doing it to try and save his QB!

It's nice to know that the players are thinking the same thing we are.

My question is, if Pete was so dead-set on the run in 2010 that he fired Jeremy Bates for not sticking to it, what's he doing THIS year?

Bevell is doing some seriously head scratching stuff this year. Throwing suspense into games that need no suspense. And trying to get his QB killed in the process.

Well to be fair, this year we have a much much much better QB.

I love how one of our players flips off a coach and we all think it's awesome. Because it is awesome.

I think that playcall had a whole lot to do with not having a fullback. That was after the Coleman injury, no?

Coleman had a very good game btw. At least when I watched him.

I'd imagine he will get disciplined by the team or league or both if he really was flipping off a coach. That kind of disrespect won't be tolerated even if he would win the argument here (I agree with the sentiment for sure)

That was indeed awesome...don't recall that either when watching....however...op....in the future no more threads including insert name of "player/coach/whoever finger player/coach/whoever" for whatever reason....I mean I wasn't sure what the hell I was getting into, and I knew it wasn't that..but still....did lynch give Bevell the finger leaves no doubt as to what you mean...without having to look at a thread, but seeing why someone would give someone the finger would still get you plenty of views for your thread.

No way. Lynch ruined the interior of the Arizona D on the two previous rushes. He earned the right to punch it in.

That was absolutely a time when you give Lynch that ball. He will find that yard. Wilson is awesome, and the play worked, so you can't be mad, but if it didn't work, we'd all be pissed and wondering why the hell Lynch didn't get it.

But it did work, so whatever. Funny pic, though!

24 was running hard all game long and did get one in later, right? I was concerned when they were showing him spitting up blood on the sidelines. The Cardinals D was fierce.

I am sure if it was the finger, the NFL will fine him. Same as they did with the Miami DL (name escaping me right now), but I probably would react the same after seeing the team not being able to convert a 2 and 2 midfield and sneaking Wilson on a 4th and inches. Or the numerous 3rd and short from the shotgun with 5 wide. That is just mind-boggling to me and I am not one to complain about play-calls.
