Crazy thought

Bruce Irvin played OLB at West Virginia.. Do you think they are considering putting him at OLB and having Bennett, Red, and Avril rotate at end? Now that we have more depth at DT I feel like Red won't be playing there much. Think of that pass rush of Avril at one side, Bennett or maybe even clemons if he's healthy along with Irvin coming off the edge in a Dumervil type role. What are the chances you think seahawks try this out? :stirthepot:

It's Irvin, not Irving, and I'm pretty sure he played DE in a 3-3-5 defense. IMO the chances approximate zero.

Danny O'Neill also said he's heard both Avril and Irvin will play at SAM. Sounds like KJ might play WILL somewhat.

Kind of expains why they haven drafted a LB yet then.
