Nice. Top notch backup.

Now everyone can shut up about not having a backup.

No opinion until the terms of the deal come out. Prefer him to McCoy (unavailable), Leinert and Young. Just glad the city of Seattle can stop obsessing over the back-up QB now.

We had no QB's on the roster other than Wilson. We need a couple of arms for the camp. This is a good pick up. I think Pete is going to make him compete for the backup job. It won't be just handed to him. We should be drafting a QB in the later rounds and hopefully sign Josh Portis as well.

Works for me. They'll be a rookie competing too.

So he signed a three year deal in buffalo so must have been cut since that wa two years ago. So they keep TJack instead....

Hoping RW doesn't get injured would much rather have had Vince Young

Cheap, experienced, and he plays the pistol better than some starters play their schemes. What's not to like?

My understanding is he's notable for his ability to run the pistol offense. Signing makes perfect sense.

Is there an echo in here? :)
