No, no, no, no, no, no, no. X is a locker room cancer. Do NOT need that waste of space on our team.

Based on what?!

The guy has limited reps as a starter!

I guess it wouldn't hurt to bring him in for a look.

Wouldn't hurt? Maybe in 2009. He's washed up. Waste of a roster spot.

The Y team obviously misused him, so of course we want X player. Plus he's friends with DVOA, so hopefully he'll want to come to Seattle too.

Only for the vet minimum, but I'd rather go after a similar player in the first round of the draft.

I don't know about that. We're going to have the first pick of the draft after the Chiefs trade us the #1 overall pick, along with their 2nd and 4th rounders for Flynn. Lotulelei is the obvious first pick for us, and player X plays another position.

The Grateful Dead's "Long strange trip" was a short logical trip
compared to this.

I beg to differ.

Oh, I think we all know you're going to take a joke and beat it until it's half past dead. Because
we get it, you hate Russell Wilson.

This.

But Xavier McDaniel is a basketball player. And he's like 50 years old. You're all crazy. We need to sign Lebron James.

I don't get why people always assume that player X is being brought in to start. Its all about depth people! No harm in letting him compete in camp

If it takes a roster spot away from somebody younger with more potential I'd say that's at least some harm.

I understand that X can't read or write. How will he able to sign a contract?
