The only way the silver helmet comes back is in an all throwback uniform. Silver just doesn't work with the new uni. Not against the throwback uni at al but keep the silver helmet to that.

Sorry but I don't get the whole "not with our current uniforms" argument. Look at this photo of Russ. Tell me a silver helmet would look bad with that uniform. Come on man, it would be sweet! It's still a CRIME that the Seahawks logo isn't displayed loud and proud on the sleeves like the retros. The fact that it's just the Nike logo is a travesty and quite frankly, I am surprised that the 12's haven't made a bigger stink about it.

I got over it, it looks slick. Admittedly I wouldn't mind seeing a mockup a Hawks logo replacing the swoosh. Silver helmets would be sweet. Even better, I wish the NFL would allow us to use silver helmets as an "alternate" for a couple games per year.
