Not sure about NoVA, having lived there for 12 years I never really found a place, however, if you want to make a trip into DC there will be a huge group at the Penn Quarter Sports Tavern

Repping the Seahawks at Colts Grille in downtown Indy today myself. (I'll wish the Colts well in the first half of the doubleheader too, though I don't really care about them.)
