I understand. I sometimes mumble incoherently about the past as well.

Regardless of who the ref was, I really don't see why everyone has so many problems with the officiating today. It was fine.

Theoretically possible he had extensive plastic surgery, assumed a new identity, and was the line judge this week. Illuminati and all.

We have nothing to complain about the reffing today, there were a ton of penalties at bad times but all were fairly good calls, both sides.

It was terrible....equally.

Which is ok when that happens. But yes, there were way too many calls in general. Sometimes you have to just let the players play.

Today was not one of those days.

Jeff. Larry played for the Huskies. Bill did get bounced from an assignment last week, and Carey booted another major call today that SHOULD get him terminated. It was that bad.

It was horrible. On both sides. They just took forever. Had a lot of terrible spots, phantom PI's, and they were just plain annoying today.

What plays were your biggest complaints? Only thing that really stuck out to me was the bad spot, but it would have been short either way.

This is hilarious. So quick to gripe we cannot even get correct who our object of scorn is.

It is all good. The game was sloppy but maybe 24 penalties against both team could be a bit much. McCoy cannot complain though.

I hated every single penalty they called today.

i think the one that negated the td was the worst one.

Jeff Triplett officiated today, he did a typically poor job as he is one of the worst refs in the NFL.

Specific calls? The inconsistent interpretations of holding, offensive and defensive.

And of course that means he'll be reffing one of our playoff games. Sigh.

The one on Mccoy? It was a clear pick which is textbook PI.

It doesn't matter who was reffing today. Bill Leavy still needs to be fired. Dammit.

Picks are run about 90% of pass plays, and called about once every two games. So how does that make it a penalty every time? Failing to see the logic there.

I thought he did an okay job. i did disagree on the fumble TD reverse though. I thought when he was contacted originally his arm wasn't moving forward and that the contact made it move forward. The call on lynch was accurate though in my estimation, it looked like the ball was outside the pylon and short.

The line judge that did the worst job was ref 101- he must have had the wrong spot on at least 3 or 4 times. The Miller one cost us.

The forcefulness of the contact. Took the defender completely out of the picture instead of just rerouting him.

I thought the officiating was really good today. Not their fault both teams were playing extremely sloppy and committing lots of penalties.

I understand the OP's confusion. All the "crappy" officials look the same to me too! 8)
