When are the ROY awards announced? Will the playoffs be able to factor into the decision?

Based on what Kearly posted on a different thread, the winners will be announced close to the Superbowl.
And no, the playoffs do not factor in because the votes have to be submitted within a week of the season's end.

There is no criteria for this. If RW plays well in the playoffs then voters are gonna take that into consideration in my opinion. If we end up playing the redskins and beat them in their house because RW played much better than RG3 then it should help RW a lot.
