Wish my highschool coach would have been Kitna. Kids not eating and no ride home, I could see why most of them give up. Kitnas the kind of guy I would want to know and would volunteer to help out with the team free of charge.

Very impactful statement, similar to the Pete Carroll philosophy: If they can make one decision a week or one decision a day that is better than the day before then you are making an impact.
