Did so in weeks 15 and 16, and then won in week 17 to get into playoffs, only to travel to Qwest Field against the Hawks and the 12th man in the wild card round and get beaten down hard.

The Giants are the last team to play in consecutive Sunday night games, back in 2008. Week 15 they lost to Dallas on the road, and beat Carolina in week 16 at home.

NE did this in 2007, beating Buffalo on the road in week 11 and beating Philly at home in week 12.

Just was looking at this to see if had every been done, since playing consecutive games isn't all that common for SNF or MNF. It is a tall order to travel from coast to coast to play a tough road game in those weather conditions last night, to go back to SF and prepare to travel to Seattle to play against on SNF in front of the 12th man.

I wonder how tired and sore SF's Front 7 is today. :49ersmall:

Irrelevant stat? Maybe. Interesting food for though? Definitely.
