I believe all we need is a seat at the table and I believe we can eat our meal and everyone elses meal too, I'm confident as hell!

So since I'm confident we'll probably lose against the niners.

Also worth noting that the Seahawks longest win streak under Pete is 3 games..... Ironically the 49ers ended the streak last season too. If we win against the Niners, we start a winning streak!!

I've been playing with the NFL Playoff Machine at ESPN.com and it seems to me that if Seattle beats the Rams, the Seahawks are in the playoffs no matter what happens with the niner game. I think the Seahawks will win out anyway, but with just one more win, it looks like the Seahawks are in.

The OP was just addressing what needs to happen to clinch a playoff spot next weekend. Yes, we just need 10 wins total to clinch one.

Win guarantees a playoff spot next week for either the #5 or #6.

Win both weeks and we are no worse than the #5 seed.

Win both weeks and the Niners lose at home against the Cardinals and we are the #2 Seed with a one GB Loss (in their next two games).
