Very cool and I'm sure your very proud. You could also cut two jerseys front a Seahawks sewn to the Back of a Cards so your sons name is on it and a Seahawks front.
Kinda spendy granted but a good seamstress could make it loo flawless.

A woman had a half 'Hawk/half Chief Krieg jersey and it was cool (obviously if I STILL remember it!). I was reading a little about Nash - UFA from a small school (Sacramento State). Easy to pull for a kid like that. Congrats and welcome, Dad!
