Revenge week

Week 1 was a wish we had it back game, wasn't it? But lets not forget the ass kicking the Cardinals directed at our rookie. To date, it is by far the most hits he has taken in a game. We have pinned that loss on a dropped TD so much that it is easy to forget that a rookie guard gave up gap pressure all game. Our line was a sieve that day.
Baldwin's teeth got knocked out by a cheap shot. Wilson got late hit, both flagged and unflagged, several times.
The Hawks owe them one. Payback time.

Agreed and I have a feeling we are going to beat them rather soundly.

First of three revenge weeks in the next 4.

And all of them occur in the friendly confines of the Clink.

Arizona is in the midst of an 8 game losing streak, and they haven't won on the road since they beat New England the week after they beat us. They can't run the ball well - especially on the road - and the only close games they've played in the past month are when they played Atlanta and the Jets, had a +8 turnover margin, and STILL lost. And now they come to face an offense that is completely different than the one they faced in Week 1, and they face them at home, where they've turned the ball over 4 times ALL SEASON. Talk all you want about how embarrassing the Miami loss was, but a loss to the Cardinals in Seattle this coming week would trump that exponentially.

The 49ers are a tougher draw, but there's reason to feel good. Of the 49ers 3 losses, 2 have come on the road. We'll be catching them on the 2nd game of a road trip right after they go all the way across the country to face the Patriots. Nothing will be easy about this game, but it's FAR from a sure win for the 49ers. This is the biggest game of the season left for us, and it's very possibly the biggest game left in the season for the entire NFC when it comes to how it will impact the playoff race. Tell me the Seahawks and the 12th man won't be up for this one.

Finally, the Rams in the season finale. The Rams have turned it around a bit this season, and have looked not bad in the last month (going 2-1-1 over the last 4 games). That said, the Rams are 1-3-1 in road games this season, and they've got to play 3 of their last 4 on the road - the last 3 against teams that are still keyed up for the playoff chase (Vikings, Buccaneers, and us). If we win against the Cards and Bills and beat the 49ers the week before this (and the 49ers lose to the Pats as well), this game is where we clinch the NFC West.
