How the hell is everyone. I mean everyone getting jacked up in practice this week. Like the 3rd or 4th guy hurt in practice this week.

Most teams are refreshed by the bye week, the Seahawks seemed to have regressed.

Rice just needs to suck it up and get healthy then stay healthy b/c he's starting to be a liability, sore hangnail and all.

I would think that this week Carroll lit a fire under their collective asses. I'm sure he is as sick of the 4th quarter meltdowns as we are.

I agree Pliny. My guess is this was the hardest week of practices they've had yet.
