why?

Not much talk about the failure of the refs to either runoff 10 seconds or make the phins use their last timeout. The clock was running when the penalty was called so a stoppage by penalty on the offensive team requires either the runoff or use of a timeout to negate the runoff, this would have either A) put time pressure on the phins, mainly because they ran off approx 15 seconds b4 taking their last timeout prior to the kick or B) put even more pressure/change strategy cause of no timeouts left.
The Seahawks should demand an explanation from the league as to why it was not enforced.
