"@SI_PeterKing: What a race for DPoY. Von MIller, Aldon Smith, JJ Watt, Chas Tillman, Cam Wake, Richard Sherman. Don't forget Geno Atkins."
My brutha is making a name for himself this year!

Peter King > Gil Brandt
But still.
Peter king = blowhard Gil Brandt = blowhard
The props are nice, but they both are stupid. I'm not the kinda fan who when a guy says something good about a Seahawk I say he's a boss or something.

Still I think Sherman's been underperforming too much for a new contract. We selected this guy in the 5th round, and he's a candidate for DPOY in year 2? It took him this long? bust.......

Peter King love is not something any man, woman or small woodland creature should ever want

I like Peter King. One of the best football writers around, imo.

Optimus is a face smasher if you ask me, but you didn't, but I'll tell you anyway. Because that's how I roll!
Edit: replaced ass kicker with face smasher.

Edit: replaced ass kicker with face smasher. Should have stuck with ass kicker. Face smashing is a 15 yard penalty.

It may have been just the Bears oline, but Aldon Smith looked unstoppable Monday night. I would never vote for a niner but i seriously wanted this kid in the 11' draft. Maybe Irvin and Clem will bring Smith's dominance down to earth when the Hawks get a piece of the atrocious Bears oline.

It was a combination of both the Bears terrible OL and Smiths pass rushing ability that led to his dominating performance.......
It was the Perfect Storm.

Sherman has a real good shot. He has intercepted the best and worst QB's in the league. From Sanchez (my god he's awful) to Brady. Richard Sherman definitely an impact player and that is saying a lot when he has to shine brighter than Earl Thomas, Chancellor and Browner. Its not like he is the only good DB on the team, therefore he looks a lot better..
However.. Sherman has to beat out some really good players for the Defensive Rookie of the Year award.
