The cool thing about Twitter is that you can tailor it to the information/entertainment you want to read. I get a lot of news and information from it way before it hits the news, both on the Seahawks and everything else.

Aside from Seahawks feeds, there are a lot of news and parody accounts that are pretty cool to follow. The news usually breaks there in real time, as events happen. And parody accounts are always good to give you a laugh and break up the sameness of your feed.
