Other than the obvious -- 3rd down defense etc -- here are some things I'd love to see next game:

1. I'd LOVE to see Leon break one for a return score.

2. I'd LOVE for Clemons and Irvin to awaken and get back in the sack frenzy.

3. I'd LOVE to see our defense force 4-5 turnovers.

4. I'd LOVE for us to be able to say "Adrian WHO?" after stopping AP.

What ya got?

I'd love for Marshawn and our defense to make AP look like the 2nd or 3rd(Foster) best running back in the NFL.

1. I'd love for Martin to get his pre-season mojo back and be our 3rd down and movin' the sticks receiver.

2. Chancellor interception.

3. Multiple TD game for Lynch.

4. Jared Allen trying to sack Wilson only to end up jumping over Russell.

Would love to see Bradley and Carroll forget what zone defense is.

Okay, so maybe that pass rush is still an issue. Lather, rinse, repeat.

Would love for us to fix our schematic problems on defense.

Would love to see further progression between Wilson and his receivers.

Would love to see our run game get back on track.

All I want to see is our third down defense not drop into a conservative pathetic soft zone every single time. If it's 3rd and 20 of course you drop into a soft zone and limit them to 10 yard gain, but when we can consistently put teams into 3rd and 7-11 and go AWAY from what we are so good at in pressure, it makes me want to smash my face against the TV screen. If that means we get beat on the occasional blitz, so be it, good blitzing defenses still get beat. But it also means the QB will be forcing throws quickly and I'll take our secondary over anyones.

Our offense is finally starting to have an identity and the growth of Wilson is evident. Multiple times vs Detroit he had a rusher straight up the middle in his face and he stepped into his pass rather than looking to run away. I love me some Marshawn, but a 300 yard 3 TD game from RW would make this week hurt less.

I want to see 4 INT's, I don't care about sacks as long as we are getting pressure and forcing bad throws. I expected a breakout turnover game from our defese against the lions but that didn't happen. I has to happen this Sunday.

Does anyone else think Leon is trying to hard to break the big one?

Yep. The new rules must be killing him, taking away his ability to be a play maker. I think a lot of the return guys league wide are probably pressing as well. The ones that got paid like Leon and Hester, such as Cribbs, I bet are pressing. Just look at the speculation about Leon getting cut from the fans. It has to be crossing Leon's mind. A guy like him could play a long time as just a special teams player.

Not now.

[on-topic]

I want to see more throws to Miller.
I would like to see the passes arrive a little lower to keep our guys healthy.
I would love to see the middle of the defense toughened up, but I am not sure who is the culprit. Is it our new MLB? Our nickle DB? Hill? KJ? Whomever it is, get the issue resolved.
I want more Rice targets, just like yesterday.
I would like to see Baldwin back but I doubt he makes it.
I want the running game to pick up to what it was earlier in the season.
Continue the good pass protection.
A win.

I'd like to see press man coverage with inside leverage in goal to go situations.

It seems like it. I kind of relate it to when Browner picked off the pass against SF and was desperate to return it, even at the expense of pinning us deep instead of taking the touchback. At that point, the offense was dying for points and I think Browner felt he had to try and make something happen.

Same thing with Leon...he gets so few chances (was nice to see him catch a few passes yesterday, by the way) and it's been a long time since he hit pay dirt.

Two things I want to see: Offense and defense. Our D just had a bit of a slip and our offense looked much more synched. We need for both sides to come out, play hard, and not just beat, but destroy those poison pill dealin' a-holes of Mini-haha. I won't be satisfied with less than a 14 pt win. Tall order, I know...but now is the time for a statement game.
