Moving on...

I kinda gave that game against the Lions a 50/50 chance (10am, decent team), but like all our other losses, this one was easily winnable but we let them hang around and get it done. They were gifting the hell out of us with all their penalties, and we still didn't get it done. Take away their penalties, and we would've gotten pasted. Time to shift the emphasis at practice from "catch the damn ball!" to "stop a damn third down!". At least we're gonna be home against the Vikes. I hope being at the Clink re-energizes our boys, and stops this slow torture of a suddenly dwindling season after so much hope. Shooting for a wild-card IMHO...Very doable. The good news? We're 4-4, with 5 home games and only 3 away games left. YES!
