That's pretty damned incredible. Makes me think if we had an offense that could score 24 or more points each week we might really have something.

Well, we were close they averaged 20.5 points/game during that 16 game span… Ahh, for the want of a single field goal we could have been 16-0

Why people insist on putting up records is beyond me, jinx much? New rule, mention the records after the streaks over.

It's well known the rules of the universe are set up so that the slightest mention of any streak whatsoever causes a butterfly effect which ends in the streak snapping and probably some child somewhere starving to death.
