I'm sorry, but the Elites are NOT the same as what the players wear, unless they are different from the pics on the website. The stitching on the player's jersey goes through the shoulder stripe, and none of the ones you can buy has that, as far as I can see. Nitpicky, I know, but that stands out every time I look at it.
