I had the opportunity to meet Sherman's mom at LAX. She was sporting a t-shirt with big picture of Sherman. I asked her if she was heading to the game and that's when I found she was Sherman's mom. Very nice lady!

It's amazing how many people you run into at the airport. I had a picture taken with Bruce Irvin when he flew into Seattle after being drafted. I welcomed him and mom to Seattle and got a quick picture with him.

I like it because its not all just Sherman in the graphic. It has a huge Hawks logo in there to. I dont know why but that tells me that there is a connection with the team that gave him a shot.
