Yes it is that hard to kick a football through narrow uprights. If it wasn't hard it wouldn't be of value.
Players of any sport aren't immune to bad plays and slumps. If a batter got canned everytime he went O For in a baseball game, you'd run out of baseball players pretty soon.
Yes, he should have made those kicks but all kickers miss and all kickers have slumps. Even Hauschka hasn't been Hauschka since 2017. Tucker is about the only guy that's been relatively immune to the yips. Since i know you can't just find a great kicker off the street, I say stick with Myers and try to go for it more on 4th and 1 from the 35.
