  • We came a long way from back of the pack to #12!!

    https://twitter.com/PFF/status/1052639386238619648

    Teams ahead of us:

    1. Rams (Nov 11)
    2. Saints
    3. Patriots
    4. Eagles
    5. Chiefs (Dec 23)
    6. Steelers
    7. Vikings (Dec 10)
    8. Ravens
    9. Chargers (Nov 4)
    10. Falcons
    11. Panthers (Nov 25)

To make playoff, got to milk two out of those five.

  • Funny, I was just watching the Power Rankings show on NFL Network a few hours ago and one of the guys was talking about how the Seahawks were too low at #18. I remember thinking, "If it were me, I would put them at #12."

Not just because of the obvious 12-affiliation of course, but it just feels accurate right now.

This team will be Top 10 within a month.

"Shaquem Griffin tells ESPN after he got drafted by Seattle; 'I can't breathe.' That's the only time you'll hear him say he can't do something." - Dan Wetzel via Twitter.

  • I must confess the team standing is way ahead of my homer prediction, I thought the team would play at top 12 level at the last quarter of the season, thought it would take time to mature. But hey, Xmas came early, I am happily taking the current ranking. Looking back, got to wonder why happened in the coaches' meeting after game two, may be the middle finger galvanized the boz.

  • Considering so many "experts" had the team at 4 wins on the season, it's pretty hilarious.
4 road games done already and we are sitting at 3-3. I'll take it.

I'll bet you can't name more than one who had that.

  • Funny, I'm not talking about on this site, I'm talking about national guys. Plenty had the Hawks winning 4 games. They talk about it on local radio all the time.

  • Funny thing is, Vegas has us at #22. Our SB odds started at 20/1 and now have dropped to 80/1.

  • Seems kinda high considering they haven't beaten a good team yet. The Lions are no slouch team. Many think the Hawks will roll over them. They will need their "A" game on the road to win Sunday. If they win there then maybe #12 power rank. GO HAWKS!

  • LOL I live in AZ and I tell the fans here that as long as the Hawks and the Cards are in the same division the Hawks will never be in last place.

  • I wonder how many other playoff contending teams face fife teams ahead of them in the rankings in the remainder of the season?
