This is why I'm concerned about PC not playing to win, at 2:30 the reporter asks about sending Jano out for a kick. PC responds with "not at that time, no". Obviously he was thinking about it since they had achieved FG range. The reporter then says "anytime you scored or take the lead, they came right back." The reporter is establishing that we couldn't stop the Rams, so then why would you give it back to them?
Then at 4:31 the reporter tries another tactic by asking "what do you tell your team after a game like that where you stay step for step with a team"? but PC cuts him off saying basically what he should have done and "it was right there", pauses for a few second and ends the conversation by blaming the refs.
In RW's press conference he says "We need to take advantage of every opportunity."
There's no doubt it was a long shot and risky but it was also an opportunity to ignite this team, we could have won that game.
