I could be looking into this far too much (like the Kam Instagram picture) but one could make the assumption that Lockett knows something about the Richardson contract talks. Or, he's just stating that they are both young and are going to have good years ahead, whether that's on the Seahawks or not.

If free agency doesn't start until March, a 2/16/18 date doesn't make much sense. Why would a team negotiate a contract and tell a player it won't be official for another 2 weeks? As soon as its negotiated (like possibly now), why not just announce it?

Marvel's Black Panther comes out that day (02/16/2018), and the World Premier was yesterday (01/29/2018), the day of his tweet, so maybe he went to the premiere and is just talking bout that?
