Last time the Eagles met the Patriots in the Super Bowl....

The Essential Online Seattle Football Fan Forum Community. There simply is NO substitute. LANGUAGE RATING: PG-13
  • ... the Seahawks finished 9-7.

... the Rams lost to the Falcons in the playoffs.

... the Vikings would be ousted by the Eagles in the playoffs.

... the Patriots were attempting to win consecutive Super Bowls

... the Seahawks would go 13-3 the year after and lose* in the Super Bowl to the Steelers.

So cheer up Seahawks fans! If history is any indication, the Seahawks will be heading to the Superb Owl in one year! Lets just hope Bill Leavy stays retired. :D

There are three certainties in life. Death, taxes and the perpetual shuffling of the Seattle Seahawks offensive line.

Eagles. They are really good and they can beat New England

    Patriots win Super Bowl

    2001 beat NFC West

    2003 beat NFC South

    2004 beat Eagles

    2014 beat NFC West

    2016 beat NFC South

2017 beat Eagles? Another 3 out of 4? Is the writing on the wall?

    Completed it for you.

What, I thought all those shirts were shipped off to Africa to never be seen again. How'd you get one?!

  • I think they were both #1 seeds that year in their conferences, too.

    The Eagles were 13-3 also.
