Coach Kyle Shanahan announced Wednesday that entrenched rookie starter C.J. Beathard will remain the team's quarterback for Sunday's bout with the Seattle Seahawks.

Not overly surprising as this is what they've been saying all along, but I would think that they'd want to see what Garoppolo has to offer.

Ugh IMO.. with Lane it will be ugly anyways. I’d be more content of it was Shead/Griffin or Griffin/Maxwell or Maxell/Shead or Shead/Griffin idk as long as it’s NOT Lane

I don't buy it, we are the testing ground for unknown QB's, in this case we have two and it is just like the 49ers to have Beathard get a hang nail before the game and be questionable.
